Welcome to the website of Total Turf Works ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of totalturfworks.net and explain how we handle estimates, scheduling, and service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.

1. Our Services

Total Turf Works provides residential and commercial artificial turf services throughout Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Denton Counties, including Melissa, Prosper, Dallas, Fort Worth, McKinney, and Lewisville. Services include:

• Turf cleaning

• Turf maintenance

• Turf repairs

• Turf supply

2. Estimates, Contracts, and Payment

Published prices. Prices for cleaning and maintenance services are listed on our website. Listed prices may change and may vary based on the size and condition of your turf. We will confirm your price before any work begins.

Installation estimates. Installation consultations are free. Any pricing shared on this website, by phone, text, or email is preliminary. It is not binding. Final pricing is set after we evaluate your property in person.

Written agreements. Installation work is performed under a written contract or work order. It will state the price, scope of work, payment terms, and any warranty. If these Terms and your signed agreement conflict, your agreement controls.

Changes to the work. If you request changes, or we find conditions that change the scope or price, we will explain them and get your written approval before doing additional work.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Business hours. Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Weather and scheduling. Turf work depends on the weather. We may reschedule for rain, extreme heat, or other unsafe conditions. Material availability can also cause delays. We will contact you if your appointment is affected.

Cancellations. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

4. Warranties and Your Property

Our workmanship. Our labor warranty is stated in your contract.

Manufacturer warranties. Turf and related materials are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. We are happy to help you file a warranty claim.

Surface heat and reflected sunlight. Artificial turf can get hot in direct sun. Sunlight reflected from windows, glass doors, or other surfaces can also damage turf. Turf damage caused by reflected sunlight is generally not covered by warranty.

Underground items. Installation requires excavation. Please tell us about private underground lines, irrigation, septic systems, and invisible fences before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed or marked.

Existing conditions. Properties can have drainage problems, poor soil, grading issues, or hidden damage we did not create. We will tell you about conditions we find. We are not responsible for pre-existing problems that our work did not cause.

5. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, belongs to Total Turf Works or its licensors. You may view this site for personal use. You may not copy, scrape, or republish its content without our written permission.

This website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Website Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas. Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date shows when they last changed. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
